John has over 20 years experience growing workspace-as-a-service and related businesses. He has overall responsibility for system expansion and member experience. He has served as President and GM of Regus Americas, as CEO of Worktopia, a meeting booking technology company, and Stratis Business Centers.

Mike’s team knows workplace-as-a-service inside and out. Mike was VP operations at Regus US, with support responsibility for over 300 locations. He was VP Operations at Stratis Business Centers, which expanded to 11 states  before being acquired by Regus.  Mike is a Certified Club Manager (CCM professional designation).

Vinay leads the OASIS service delivery platform team, including evaluation, design, development, implementation and support of the Lab and enterprise level technology services. His team ensures service level standards for phone, internet, wi-fi, access control, and third party software.

Brad leads the expansion of the brand with real estate developers and hotel management partners as well as independent franchisees. He has over 20 years experience launching and expanding new hospitality brands, including upscale hotel chains.

Paula leads marketing and communications strategy for Serendipity Labs. Her team works directly with Lab teams from pre-open including providing ongoing marketing support. She joins us after ten years in the upscale hospitality industry, where through her tenure worked on launching new brands and also executed multi-channel national advertising campaigns.

Roger leads the financial strategy and accounting function for Serendipity Labs. He has first-hand experience of the evolution of the shared workplace industry, accumulating over 20 years with Regus PLC in a range of international commercial finance roles. Roger is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
