We’re committed to providing a safe environment for our members and employees. Keep reading for specific cleaning protocol implemented at each of our locations.

Before and After Use

  • If any of the rooms are to be used (reserved), space is to be cleaned in advance and cleaned when unoccupied
  • Any shared Member desks or offices are to be cleaned as soon as it becomes unoccupied
  • Any reserveable space is to be kept locked and only to be opened if reserved

Daily

  • Vacuum and empty trash in Offices, Meeting Rooms & Common areas

Always

  • Sanitizing gel to be placed on the Serendipity Labs Café island for member and staff use.

Checking In

All members will be required to check in at reception when arriving using your contactless membership access card or through the Serendipity Labs membership portal.

  • All visitors must be pre-registered 24 hours in advance of their visit.
  • In the event of a future health emergency, or where local or federal guidelines require, members, visitors and guests may be subject to a temperature check or short health screening questionnaire. Failure to partake in these entry requirements or registering a fever will require us to refuse entry until resolved.
  • Any business that would like to implement temperature checks or other health screenings for their employees are encouraged to contact their account manager or local Lab team.

Face Coverings

  • Subject to local orders, face masks/coverings are now optional for members and guests while in common areas of the Lab if they have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 for at least 14 days per current guidance of the CDC.
  • Members and their invited guests that do not wear masks are representing to the Serendipity Labs business that they have been fully vaccinated for more than 14 days.

Common Areas & Reserved Seating

Downtown White Plains Private Office & Coworking Space, NY

All common area seating is reserveable and available to book for our members and visitors on a full day basis in order to limit the capacity of our open seating and worklounge areas.

  • Each Lab will have three limited inventory workspaces available for reservation through our member portal. Need to download the app? Visit the iOS or Android app stores to download the latest version.
  1. Private Day Office – bookable for full days.
  2. Reserved Desk – Members may reserve a open seating desk, inventory allowing
  3. Reserved Seat – Members may reserve a coworking seat, inventory allowing
  • Members may request to have Market items delivered to their office/desk or pick up their order at the Welcome Desk.
  • Members are encouraged to follow any and all physical distancing guidelines locally or federally ordered while on premises, including following handwashing and other cleaning protocols.
  • Shared office equipment is available upon request
  • We remind members to use their contactless member ID card to release their print jobs from the printer
  • Any scheduled non-mail deliveries such as food, documents via messenger, etc., please ask the delivery person to wait at reception and the member shall be informed about the delivery

  • Common areas with amply-spaced seating arrangements, wide hallways, and low-capacity limits for each meeting room and worklounge are always standard
  • We’ve designed our Lab for an average utilization of 70% ­— and with a membership average age of 41, our utilization rates are often less than 50%, based on internal studies
  • Daily cleaning continues in accordance with updated CDC guidelines, including offices and shared spaces
