28 Liberty Art Above The Mantel

On Friday, November 24th – Wednesday, January 31st, Fosun is collaborating with the Alliance for Downtown and Art on the Avenue NYC to bring Art Above the Mantel to select commercial properties in the FiDi neighborhood this holiday season. Seven retail storefronts on Nassau Street between Liberty Street and Fulton Street will transform into artist/artisan workshop spaces. Each artist will create their fireplace mantel and hang a signature piece above it. Passersby are invited to experience the art, meet the artist, and participate in creative activities. 28 Liberty will feature interactive experiences by painter Claudia Echeverria, artistically known as CLoD, and collagist Kate Fauvell in The Gallery space located on the Concourse one level below the Plaza and our new street-level retail space on Liberty Street.
