To celebrate Neurodiversity Week, there will be a series of online and physical events throughout the month of March which includes an online awareness session and other in-app resources as well as a nourishing food pop-up giving away free delicious meals.
A healthy diet is crucial for wellbeing, but beyond the physical benefits, a well-balanced one rich in essential nutrients supports brain health and cognitive function, enhancing memory, concentration and mood regulation. For individuals with neurodiverse conditions like ADHD, autism or dyslexia, a nutritious diet can be particularly beneficial and may improve focus and reduce hyperactivity.
Please come down to the Reception as there are limited portions available on a first come, first served basis so make sure you don’t miss out! Find out more by opening or downloading the S:Connect App
