Power outage notice

The building has planned a power shutdown scheduled for Saturday December 28th starting at 7:00 AM.

Duration is estimated to be between 8-12 hours, with a possible need to continue this work through Sunday December 29th.

During this shutdown, the following will be affected:
No HVAC, Domestic Water, or outlet power. Emergency lighting will be on. No regular lighting.

During this scheduled service interruption, access to the building will be limited to those personnel required to address building and tenant needs associated with this interruption.

The parking garage will not be affected and will be open.

Elevator service will be limited to only one elevator.

All sensitive equipment (computers, network servers, voice mail systems, etc.) should be readied for loss of power. Check with your service providers or manufacturers as some systems may require a technician to properly power-down and restore service.

Following notification from Piedmont, your designated IT professional should be notified that service can be restored to sensitive equipment.

All refrigerators/freezers should be prepared for this service interruption. Please dispose of any items that may be affected by reduced refrigeration.
