Referrals must be submitted prior to the referred party making direct contact with Serendipity Labs
Only referrals that result in a successful membership agreement at any Serendipity Labs location are eligible.
Reward Structure
Referrers will receive 5% of the total value of the referred member’s initial agreement (excluding VAT).
The reward is based on the net membership or office value agreed upon and excludes additional services (e.g., meeting room bookings or add-ons).
Payment Terms
The referral reward is paid in line with the referred member’s payment schedule.
Payments are made in 3-month increments, based on the member’s continued occupancy and payment.
For each 3-month period, the referrer will receive 5% of the value billed during that time.
A total of up to 12 months of payments may be rewarded (up to four 3-month intervals).
Invoicing Process
The referrer (or broker) must issue an invoice to Serendipity Labs at the start of each 3-month period, once the referred member has paid for that period.
The invoice should clearly reference the referred party, location, and applicable dates.
Timing
The first referral payment will only be processed after the referred member has signed their agreement and completed their initial payment.
Future payments will follow the same cycle, aligned with the member’s ongoing contract.
Exclusions
Referral fees do not apply to renewals or expansions of existing member agreements.
The referred party must not have been in conversation with or previously introduced to Serendipity Labs team within the past 90 days.
Changes & Termination
Serendipity Labs reserves the right to modify or end this referral programme at any time without notice.
Any referrals submitted before the change or termination date will be honoured in line with the terms active at that time.
