I have used many office / coworking facilities both here in Texas and California and I have to say that Serendipity Labs is at the top of my list if not my all time favorite. For me it was love at first sight and I never bothered to look at the other offices on my list. So much has been put into making you feel comfortable and productive. It seems every detail was so well thought out from the open spaces, architecture, furnishings, fast and reliable internet and cool common areas. Add to that an amazing staff, great amenities and fantastic location, it was really an easy choice and couldn't be happier with my decision.

Serendipity Labs has been the ideal location for me to still work close to home with an office space environment that is inviting and friendly. The offices are spacious, quiet, and bright which is perfect for when I need to be heads down and productive; while, the common areas have great perks and are a wonderful place to meet new people. There are also plenty of options for meeting spaces to host my team or clients. They have really thought of everything and I’m so glad I made the decision to office here!

Above and beyond describes the staff at Serendipity Labs. Unlike other business experiences, the great customer service didn’t stop after the contract was signed, they worked with me to make sure our move-in went smoothly and that my team was up and running with everything we needed, and more! I would highly recommend Serendipity Labs Houston if you are looking for a modern space with a friendly work environment and room to grow.
