The First Ski-In, Ski-Out Workspace

The Network Hub’s newest office takes coworking to an extreme.

Now thrill-seekers can enjoy the outdoors with access to a professional workspace. The Network Hub’s newest location — a 1,800-square-foot office in Whistler, British Columbia — opens to a gondola that takes skiers to Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain, including many of the runs used during the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. The company says it chose the location to serve the increasing number of remote workers in the area.

Aside from its ski appeal, the space is a great example of how a workplace — and future workplaces — can combine work and play. From the mountain, which provides resident workers with an exhilarating afternoon break (or daily commute), to the bright office space with breathtaking views, we think that The Network Hub, Whistler, has mastered the motivational workspace.
