The office spaces are clean, modern, and bright with excellent views of the city. I look forward to growing my team and appreciate being able to easily expand into a larger space with Serendipity Labs unlike a traditional commercial lease. The staff are exceptional in helping to meet your needs making the overall process seamless.

This summer we decided to start leasing a co-work space overlooking the heart of downtown Rochester. We are a remote-first company, but we wanted to give each team member the option to decide where they can do their best work every day. At Serendipity Labs Rochester, we get to collaborate in person and share common areas with some awesome people from different industries.

Serendipity Labs offers a modern, comfortable, and stimulating work environment. I have found that it contributes to increased work productivity. My favorite thing about working at Serendipity Labs is the scenic overview of the City of Rochester. Every time I see it, it grounds me with pride and reverence for our city. My overall experience has been that this is a great workspace and fun environment, with friendly and attentive staff.

Moving from a standalone office to a managed space was a scary prospect. We loved our office but the last three years dramatically changed our workspace needs. Our teams need flexibility to work in a variety of configurations in a variety of ways at a variety of times; Serendipity Labs meet these needs. Awesome staff and the other companies. Everyone recognizes things have changed and are embracing the new new. Plus, it’s a fun group that does fun things together. 

Provides a quiet and professional workspace. Great location that is easy to get in and out of. Nice clean modern offices with spectacular views of the city. I have enjoyed working in the space. It provides everything we need to run our program effectively. The indoor parking space for our personal and work vehicles has been a really nice benefit.

I have attended many events at Serendipity and each time Marla and Gaby have been so friendly and Welcoming. Both are very knowledgeable about the space and surrounding area. This brings me comfort when inquiring about a new space that I am unfamiliar with. The space is beautiful with amazing views of the Downtown Rochester area. Offices include floor to ceiling windows all the way around both the 23rd and 24th floors. There is a cafe available to members along with 24/7 independent access to offices and 24/7 security and access control at the building. I recommend this space to many of my friends and family with small businesses, encouraging everyone to attend an event, and inquire about the offered day passes. These day passes give a great opportunity to “try out” the space before renting an office allowing guests to get a feel for the environment. Marla is an AMAZING Manager, who really goes above and beyond to accommodate tenant needs. She is welcoming, friendly, open minded and makes finding the right office so stress free! I personally have worked in the Innovation Square building for almost 3 years. This co working space is not just a work space, but also a network of friends and a sense of family. I strongly believe that to be because of the environment Marla and Gaby have worked so hard to provide and maintain. I hope to spend many years working alongside all of these amazing people I have been so blessed to have met, because of Serendipity Labs!

This is a great co-op, and here's why: - super friendly & helpful staff - comfortable, clean, & distraction free workspace - amenities: water, coffee, dishes, fridge, microwave (with oven feature) - snacks & drinks for a minor cost My wife and I did parking in the garage across the street, but there is a garage under this bldg as well and there is street parking. I highly recommend coming here if you need space to work.

The staff is always so helpful, outgoing and always have a smile on there face. Keep up the good work :)

This is such a nice place to work with great views. My company came to this building while we were waiting for new office space to be ready. Marla has been so friendly and helpful whenever I need anything. Very responsive and the staff is great!

Our organization recently stopped using a large space in Rochester that had mostly been unoccupied since the start of the pandemic. We understand the value of collaboration and the importance of being able to meet face-to-face with co-workers, so we wanted to make sure employees had a local option that was cost effective. Serendipity Labs has been a great fit for us. We were able to select the right size office footprint for the people that would like to have dedicated space, and still have great options for team members that only wanted to come in periodically. There are great options for meetings and training as needed and the staff have been really helpful in making sure we have everything we need.
