Referral bonus (“Bonus”) may be paid with respect to new members (each, a “Referral”, and collectively, “Referrals”) who activate membership agreements at participating Serendipity Labs locations for a minimum of term of at least six (6) months. The referring person must submit the name of their Referral before the Referral takes a tour, submits an inquiry online or by phone for information. Maximum Bonus paid not to exceed $1,500 per Referral.

Earned Referral Bonus amount will be paid to you for new Membership Plans at the conclusion of 45 days from when your referral starts their membership and their retainer is received. Not valid on Day Passes, Day Offices, Virtual Offices or Coworking 1 plans. May not be claimed on existing memberships, renewals, expansions or other commissionable sales. Maximum Bonus per Referral paid not to exceed $1,500.

No Bonus will be paid to a referring person who refers themselves, a member from their own company, or a Serendipity Labs employee entitled to commission for the sale. If two individuals submit the same Referral, the Bonus will go to the individual whom first submitted the referral form. No Bonus will be paid if the Referral has already been in contact with a broker, third party agent or Serendipity Labs at the time the referral is made. Bonus shall only be paid for New Member referrals – former Members of Serendipity Labs will not be eligible for referral. Referring individual will receive the Bonus through a check payment to be issued following the conclusion of the Referral’s first 45 days as a member at Serendipity Labs. The maximum Bonus amount is $1,500 per Referral, however, you are eligible to submit multiple unique Referral leads.
