We have been very impressed with the speed of turnaround, from initially viewing the offices, to becoming operational. As a new business, our primary motivation for seeking a serviced office space was speed of entry to market and the team at Serendipity Labs worked with us to ensure that we were functioning within a matter of days. As an operation of 40 staff – this was no mean feat! The premises themselves are of a very high specification. The team are really enjoying taking advantage of the members lounge facilities. The building manager is very approachable and accommodating, he has responded to any queries or requests we have had almost immediately. We’ve been in the offices for 2 weeks now and it feels like longer, we’ve really settled in. I would definitely recommend considering a Serendipity Labs space as your next place of work.
