My company has been leasing a space at Serendipity Labs at North Point for three months. We really like it. The space is comfortable. The North Point location is geographically appropriate for our team members. It was a good move for us!

The location here is fantastic! After years of struggling to find a really great corporate venue in LA we were fortunate to come across Serendipity LA. The lab manager Cecilia is great, super responsive and so easy to work with! We loved the ambiance of the place and the front desk person (Karen) is lovely. They have gender neutral bathrooms and provided a pumping room for one of our participants. The event room was spacious and the chairs had cushions so it's super comfy. So far we've held half a dozen events here and plan to have many more. Truly a gem of a place!

We've been here for over 2 years and don't have a single complaint. The staff is amazing, amenities always spotless, and all businesses in this space conduct themselves with nothing but professionalism. If you are a small business, especially a growing one, I HIGHLY recommend you take a look at Serendipity Labs.
