Great shared office space! Offices and common areas are consistently clean and well-maintained. The amenities here are top-notch -- from a great selection of snacks/coffee (even cold brew on tap) to ping pong, billiards, and shuffleboard, there’s always something to enjoy during the workday. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Shoutout to Adam, who always goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and is quick to help with any requests. The office premises are situated in the M&T Bank Tower and command a majestic view of Lake Erie and the Niagara River and the greater Buffalo area, and Canada as far as the human eye can see. The offices are in the heart of downtown Buffalo, and mere minutes to the Canadian border. The offices are modern and immediately comfortable with first class office furnishings and artwork. The office image conveys professionalism, and elegance and as an attorney, I do enjoy working here, as well as hosting guests and clients. The management is committed to excellence in providing tours of the different available spaces, answering all questions, and ensuring a smooth set up including furnishings, artwork, degrees, and technology installations and assistance. There is no request that is too small and the onsite office manager and operations manager and their team provide an unparalleled first class service. There is also an extremely well stocked beverage service including complimentary hot and ice coffees, teas, and a beautiful community kitchen and so much more to see and enjoy. My company had a more laborious moving experience than expected leaving our former office space (our movers cancelled last minute and we became the movers). Once we made it to 915 Wilshire, both Adam and Karie helped in so many little ways that relieved a lot of our prior frustrations. Our access cards and fobs were ready for us at the front and we were given a detailed rundown of the space and its offerings. Wifi and other relevant details were emailed before day 1, so the workday was as minimally interrupted as possible. Also, once we got settled, the team acted quick to fix a minor complaint about the door being difficult to open/close that same day. In short, this was a stress-free process made possible by the team here and Serendipity and we really appreciate all the support~
