The space at Serendipity Labs is spacious, clean, quiet, with large & small rooms available, sitting areas, a kitchen, tv to catch up on news and the staff is professional and accommodating. Parking is enclosed - you are not exposed to the elements. It’s located in White Plains - walking distance to all the restaurants & shopping - what else can you ask for! Lauren & Erika are incredibly helpful and kind- a smile for all. This is the place to be! And pricing is reasonable. Better than the rest.

Serendipity Labs in Seneca One is a great place to work in downtown Buffalo. Lauren and the Serendipity crew are kind, and helpful. They have office space available for people who are interested. They have networking events every 3rd Thursday where you can connect with various people in different industries. AND they have a butt load of snacks. Definitely recommend this place to any professional!

I LOVE the lab!! It’s such a beautiful building and a clean, comfortable space to work. The staff are so sweet and accommodating and I love having space to myself to work and be productive. The wifi is also speedy which is good for video calls as well. Definitely recommend!
