David and Emily are incredibly responsive and just seem to know exactly what you need before you need it. The room was perfect. AV hooked up without a glitch and the food was right on time. I was able to be totally focused on my event because they took care of everything.

Wow, wow, wow!!! We hosted an all-day meeting 2 days ago on the 14th and 15th floors at Serendipity Costa Mesa and it was nothing short of amazing! The attendees were raving about it and still are. The incredible hospitality and customer service provided by Justin Ferland, the general manager, went far beyond anything I could have hoped to expect. Every need was taken care of by him and his staff. Examples: When we needed a lighter, one was magically produced after they ran across the street to borrow one from a nearby restaurant! When we needed extension cords and power strips, they were provided without delay. When we asked for infused waters (provided at no charge), Justin himself was there at 7am slicing fruit and chopping fresh basil & mint he had bought just for the occasion... Who does that???? The panoramic view of Orange County from the 14th and 15th floors was incredible, as were the meeting rooms, conference rooms, conversation areas, furniture, kitchen & dining area, MoonGoat coffee, infused waters -- I could go on and on, but you get the picture. I think some of our attendees are going to turn their companies on to Serendipity's facility and amenities, as well. Can't wait to do our next event at Serendipity's big conference center across the street! WoooHooooo!!
