I love this place! Erika is the best person to deal with when it comes to booking space with them. I have had 2 wonderful events there, small & big. They both were amazing & so was Erika. I will always come back for my panels, networking events & vendor events!

Serendipity Labs DTLA is hands down one of the best co-working spaces I’ve experienced! From the moment you walk in, the environment feels elevated – bright, modern, and thoughtfully designed with comfort and productivity in mind. There is plenty of natural light, inviting workspaces, and every amenity you’d expect: fast Wi-Fi, great coffee, and the best onsite team. As a legal professional, I especially value how quiet and professional the atmosphere is. It’s perfect for focused work, client consultations, and confidential meetings. The private meeting rooms are a huge plus – designed for privacy and built with soundproofing, which is rare in co-working spaces. Above all, the staff here, Karie, Adam, and new staff member Ethan, truly make the experience exceptional. They’re warm, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. That human touch creates a sense of community you don’t always find in professional environments. The location is unbeatable- centrally located in Downtown LA, surrounded by great restaurants and easily accessible by public transit or car. The outdoor terrace with its skyline views is a refreshing bonus. All in all, Serendipity Labs DTLA has completely elevated our workday experience. It’s the rare kind of space that makes you more productive, more inspired, and genuinely happier to come into work each day. Also love my office view =)

Serendipity Labs has hosted several of our organizations events over the years and we could not be more pleased with our experience. The hospitality and the staff are phenomenal and they always provide a great space for us to connect. They go above and beyond for their tenants and I could not recommend them more! 5 stars easily!
