Getting office space here has been a total game changer for me. It is the perfect blend of comfortable and casual, but also professional. I am so happy here! It's super convenient they have tons of amenities. The space is nicely designed and very airy. Erica and Lauren, who operate this space, are just absolutely wonderful people and go above and beyond to make sure that we are all happy, taken care of, and accommodated. I can't say enough good things!

I had the opportunity to connect with Brianna and Bianca, and both were incredibly professional, warm, and helpful. They gave me a thorough walkthrough and clearly explained all the benefits (printing, meeting rooms), guidelines, and building amenities. The overall setup feels genuinely welcoming. There’s no need to exaggerate anything, the space truly speaks for itself. Serenity Labs has everything it needs to thrive through strong word of mouth, much like WeWork. The pricing, atmosphere, amenities, community, and staff are all on par. With stronger marketing, it has the potential to grow even further.

Serendipity Labs is an AMAZING coworking space, and AMAZING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Not only is it centrally located in the financial district of downtown Los Angeles and is within walking distance to public transit and a plethora of restaurants and shops, but the staff at Serendipity Labs is courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I had the privilege of meeting Dominique who gave me a tour of the facilities. He outlined the amenities, the packages, and the benefits of the coworking space; and I was so impressed I signed up for a 10-Day pass THE SAME DAY. The next day when I actually went to the office to work, once again I was so impressed that I UPGRADED to the unlimited plan that same day, and I've been on that plan ever since. If you are looking for a great coworking space that has all kinds of features and benefits for a fraction of the cost of other coworking spaces, I would DEFINITELY consider Serendipity Labs! Mark my words when I say...you will not be disappointed.
