Our nonprofit hosts an event in the Grand Central location annually and the 21st Fl space is perfection. Gorgeous views, all our tech needs met, a quiet floor and a small “kitchen” area in the back for drinks and snacks. Outdoor terrace is also amazing. The Serendipity Labs team is also as helpful and accommodating as anyone could hope for.

I recently rented a space through Valerie to host a nursing conference at the Grand Central location. The rental was spacious and well-equipped. The seating was comfortable. Valerie and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing amazing support up to and including during the conference. I highly recommend Serendipity Labs (Grand Central) to anyone looking for a professional and comfortable space to host an event.

We hosted our ProductTank Orlando event here in March, it was a great venue for a midsized group of 30-40 attendees, the Serendipity Labs team were super easy to work with and had all the logistics taken care of, and the space itself worked great for both presentations and networking/socializing. We'll definitely host events there again!
