I've been working out of Serendipity Labs in Buffalo Seneca One, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The coworking area is beautifully designed, providing a distraction-free environment, while the meeting rooms and private offices offer perfect spaces for client meetings. With the breathtaking views of the city, I truly feel inspired and supported in my business journey. I couldn’t ask for a better place to grow and connect!

I used the co-working space for a monthly catch up with my teammate. It was a beautiful space with all the amenities needed: comfortable workspaces, good wifi, free coffee, space for private calls and clean restrooms. It is also perfectly located just of the M5 junction which was also helpful. It also conveniently had a sandwich shop and a Morrisons within the building for lunch options. We will definitely be back and are looking at working there more often.
