Buffalo Seneca One Private Office & Coworking Space

I stumbled across Serendipity Labs while visiting Buffalo. It’s an outstanding place to co-work. Excellent facility, very conducive work environment, excellent WiFi, wonderful hosts (David, Emily and team), and very reasonable rates. Highly recommend to all professionals who would benefit from their excellent co-working & shared office services.

After working from home 100% of the time for 9 years I was hesitant about going back to an office. I wasn’t sure I would use the space or that it would be worth the expense. But after using the coworking space a few days a week for the past several months I can say, it’s been a game changer! I am more productive and efficient, business is up, and on a personal note, I have re-established healthy working boundaries that have helped bring life “back into balance”. Add to the mix, the amazing views of the city and awesome people I’ve met along the way and I couldn’t be more happy that I made this choice. I look forward to working from the lab for a long time to come!

Serendipity Labs in Seneca One is a great place to work in downtown Buffalo. Lauren and the Serendipity crew are kind, and helpful. They have office space available for people who are interested. They have networking events every 3rd Thursday where you can connect with various people in different industries. AND they have a butt load of snacks. Definitely recommend this place to any professional!

We have been a tenant of Serendipity Labs for just over a year now, and words can’t say how much we value this partnership. As a start-up non-profit, Serendipity provides us the flexibility to grow at our own pace, focus more time on our mission, and make new connections on a daily basis. Kristen and Courtney do an amazing job at creating a community that allows us to focus while in our own space and socialize with our neighbors in the common space.
