Serendipity Labs Seneca One is a great location with some of the best views and plenty to do within walking distance. The lab offers a modern atmosphere with friendly staff and everything a small operation needs. The team here has been fantastic in providing office support and creating community events. All of this comes at a very reasonable price point too! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a small, local, office or even just to spend some time individually in a professional atmosphere.

Serendipity Labs in Seneca One is a great place to work in downtown Buffalo. Lauren and the Serendipity crew are kind, and helpful. They have office space available for people who are interested. They have networking events every 3rd Thursday where you can connect with various people in different industries. AND they have a butt load of snacks. Definitely recommend this place to any professional!

I've been working at Serendipity Labs in downtown Buffalo, and it's been a game-changer for me after trying to balance working from home with distractions. This place is a good mix of professionals, from solopreneurs to small businesses and even larger companies, without the frat-house vibe I found at some other places (primarily other cities) Location is a huge plus central downtown, with (unadvertised) perks like gym access, and free SECURE INDOOR bike parking, and AUTHENTIC networking events. I've used them for my daily grind, hosting out-of-town clients and workshops and using the awesome videoconferencing facilities. Highly recommend.
