Would highly recommend this venue to anyone hosting an event and we plan to come back soon! Not only was the facility perfect, the team catered to our every need all week. Lindsay, Justin, and the rest of their colleagues took care of every little detail. Half the time it felt like they were reading our minds. We are so grateful we didn't choose another location for our offsite, this was top notch.

They’re extremely helpful and responsive and the space is perfect for what I needed as a 100% remote worker. It’s quiet with incredible views and is a great value. Our team had a wonderful experience hosting a 2-day meeting at Serendipity Labs in Costa Mesa. The space is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for a professional environment while still feeling welcoming and comfortable. The meeting rooms are well-equipped, and everything we needed (from A/V connections to catering support) was handled smoothly. A special thank you to Justin and Jeffery, who went above and beyond to make sure our group was set up for success. They were responsive, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring our meeting went off without a hitch. Being a newer space, Serendipity Labs is a hidden gem in Costa Mesa, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and impressive meeting venue. We’ll definitely be back!

LOVE working in this space! The staff really takes care of the community. I used to work out of a coworking space in Irvine a few years ago, and the comparison is night and day. Since I've started working out of Serendipity Labs (about 2 months ago), they've hosted fun events like Waffle Wednesdays and a Valentines/community appreciation snack table. They also host larger events in partnership with the local organizations, and community members have access to attend (definitely a nice perk)! I like how involved the staff is, and it's nice to see a few familiar faces everyday. The first time I came to Serendipity Labs I had no idea where I was going. Someone going up the elevator was kind enough to direct me to the 14th floor. Even the people who work in the same building are very friendly and like to chat! Overall, the environment is very warm and welcoming. Internet is fast and there's lots of space if you need to take meetings or change up the scenery. All the necessities you need at an office are there... and more! The tables in the office rooms can be adjusted to be standing or sitting. The kitchen has space where you can refrigerate your food, a toaster, microwave, fruit infused water, Moon Goat coffee, and plates/cutlery/cups. The gym access at Kinetic Fitness across the street has been really nice too! You even have access to the downstairs electronic waste bin. They literally covered all the bases! Honestly it's been great getting out of the home office and working from a coworking space, and Serendipity Labs takes a typical coworking space to the next level.
