Coworking Spaces Near Santa Ana

We hosted our annual conference at Serendipity Labs Costa Mesa. Everything about the experience was wonderful. Lindsay was there every step of the way providing outstanding service. Any questions we had were answered and she delivered on every detail. This was by far the best venue and service we have had in the area.

Just wrapped up our first month here while our offices are being renovated. I have nothing but amazing things to say about both the staff and facility. Vibes are great and everyone here is so helpful and accommodating, not to mention the amazing amenities! The facility is clean, well maintained, and there is no better way to start and end your day by walking through the beautiful garden by Isamu Noguchi!!! What a treat!!!

Serendipity Labs is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I really appreciate the thoughtful daily refreshments—fresh water and a variety of fruit that changes every day. The coffee selection is great too (they have multiple options, and I personally love that decaf is available). Both floors have beautiful, open views through large windows—you can see the sky, and even though the airport is nearby, it’s surprisingly quiet. There are also cozy seating areas with side panels that feel more private, which makes it easy to relax and reset during the day. As a member, printing is free, which is a huge plus. I also love the variety of chairs (high chairs, low chairs, lounge-style chairs, desk chairs, and sofas). When my back feels uncomfortable, I can switch chairs and stay productive. The desks are also very flexible: height-adjustable desks, fixed desks, and different heights depending on what you need. They occasionally host art workshops and provide food, and the quality is always delicious and well prepared. The gym amenities are another highlight—showers and towels are provided, which makes it very convenient. The staff are consistently kind, professional, and great at communication. Lastly, I especially like the dedicated desk layout: the desk is blocked in front for focus and the layout feels front-to-back rather than side-to-side, which I find much more comfortable. Even small details are well designed—like the meeting room whiteboard, which is clear and erases cleanly in one wipe. Overall, Serendipity Labs is a wonderful workspace, and I highly recommend it.

Serendipity has become the perfect workspace for us!! Everyone is super kind, plenty of spaces to work, food snacks and drinks available in house but also conveniently right next door to moongoat coffee. There’s call rooms as needed and plenty of spaces outside of coworking to rent as well. The view is amazing as it’s on the top2 floors of the building and has a stunning view. Hard to beat!! Super affordable and loving the break from working from home! 10/10 recommend.
