The best shared work space in the area. Nice and quiet, always a desk available and the staff is great. Nandita, who manages the day to day operations at the office, is awesome. Always there for anything I need! I do wish there were a few more call rooms, hopefully in that’s something they add in the future.

When I joined Serendipity Labs in Rye, I was hoping to have a nice place to work away from home. The experience in my last 6 months has met my initial expectations and more. The high level of service from the staff and the amentities that are provided have made the office more than just a nice quiet space to work, but a very enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a place away from home where they can be productive.

I became a member in 2017 and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any needs or concerns. The work environment is well-maintained and designed to be productive, with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating and reliable internet. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. I also appreciate the amenities offered, such as private phone booths, meeting rooms, and a well-stocked kitchen.

We were incredibly impressed with Serendipity Labs. We needed a quiet space away from our location to do a deep dive. This place was perfect! We expected a clean, professional environment and we got that, but we also got so much more. The manager Nan was a true delightful. She is warm, helpful, and so easy to work with. The space itself is quiet and focused, but also full of friendly, like-minded professionals. We met some genuinely lovely people just by being open and social, which was an unexpected bonus. The little touches really stood out...clean, great coffee and other refreshments, beautifully stocked bathrooms with quality hand wash and lotion. The small things that made a big difference. Overall, it was a seamless and comfortable experience. Highly recommend. We can't wait to return!
