Having worked out of Serendipity Labs Alpharetta for over a year, I can confidently say it’s one of the best office experiences I’ve had in the Atlanta area 🏢🏢🏢. The energy here is amazing. Most offices are occupied and running at full capacity, creating a vibrant environment with endless networking opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals.🤝🤝🤝

Outstanding Operations & Events: The community events are a major highlight—happening almost twice a month 🎉🎉, they are a fantastic way to socialize and recharge away from daily routines. Communication is always seamless; we receive prompt notices regarding holidays, schedule changes, and safety training, allowing us to plan ahead effortlessly. They are also incredibly accommodating when it comes to bringing in clients or friends for collaborative work.💼🚶‍♂️🎉🎉

The Staff: A huge shout out to the on-site team especially Kiele and Kate 🏆🏆🏆! They are polite, highly motivated, and handle every request with a perfect mix of professionalism, empathy, and intelligence. The level of coordination and support they provide daily is truly top-notch.

What a brilliant office space. Booked for 1 day use while away from the office. Superb facilities, deli with freshly made sandwiches, jacket potatoes etc, mini supermarket, in the building, tea/coffee/water etc in the actual office. Excellent room (for 6) with conference (video) call facilities. Very easy to find, excellent access from the M4/M5, free parking, EV chargers although I didn't use them. Very friendly, efficient staff. Outstanding value - highly recommended.

The location is also excellent —there’s plenty of parking and it’s conveniently right across from The Granola Bar (though the kitchen setup and coffee at Serendipity are so good you may never want to leave).

What truly sets this location apart, however, is Bob. You can truly feel the passion and dedication he puts into everything he does; he ensures the office runs smoothly so you can focus entirely on your projects and networking.

Bob is also an absolute powerhouse when it comes to facilitating a genuine sense of community.

As a member of the Greenwich Young Professionals group, I’ve seen firsthand how supportive he is. He has graciously hosted our networking and panel events, which have been incredibly successful thanks to the versatile space and his coordination.

I moved into a private office 2 months ago, and I'm loving it. The place is well run! The staff are friendly and helpful, the amenities are awesome, there are lots of activities for tenants, and... you can't beat the view! It's been a pleasure to be here. I absolutely love this work space. It is professional and cozy and does the job for me so I can do mine! Friendly environment and fully stocked if u ever need anything. Theres a deli in the building as well so u dont have to go far for food.

We are a new company to 700 Canal Street and Bob and Adelia are amazing. They were welcoming right away and nothing is too much trouble, always with a smile! The never empty coffee pot is a bonus and the area is clean and well stocked.

The space provided by serendipity labs is beautiful and very well kept by their amazing staff. They keep the fridges and snacks stocked with a variety and have enjoyable events to help break up the workdays. PS: Rick and Walt are the BEST!

I should have done this a long time ago. I've gotten so much done since i've been here. I've never co-worked before. This is my first experience. A big surprise, something I wasn't expecting, mostly because I didn't think about it before-- is the people-- the people who run this place at Stamford, are soooo nice-- Bob, Carli, Adalia-- I mean soooo nice. totally accommodating, informative, whatever I need. Just being pleasant. it sets a tone. so everyone here, the clients, the other members, groups that come in and rent the space for a day, nice, nice, nice. Never a bother. I like my privacy, I mean BIG Time, and no matter what, I've got it. an island in the midst. I get my work done. Don't tell any one else thought, because this place is GREAT!

Extraordinary day office space! Spacious, clean, well-stocked amenities, beautiful views, and easy parking. Marla was incredible; easy to book and work with! Will for sure be returning for my remote work needs, especially when needing to meet with coworkers or clients.

We rented the classroom on the second floor for a training event with customers. The space fit our needs perfectly and the staff were so helpful in the preparation and in being available throughout the day. The catering they provided was also well-received by everyone in attendance. Overall great experience!

I stopped of here for the first time - it's an awesome setup! Great facilities incl phone booths, hot desks, a modern kitchen area and free parking. Lola was exceptionally helpful too!!

We booked a meeting room at Serendipity for 2 days. The Office Manager, Kirsten did an exemplary job in facilitating our set up and her communication with all of our questions made our visit a great experience! Of course, we loved the space. It is beautiful and the amenities are top notch.

The meeting space was excellent and well maintained, and the customer support throughout was consistently helpful and professional. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely consider using the space again when in the area.

The staff was very accommodating during my short two month stay. I paid a flat monthly fee that was reasonable for the private office I used. I would highly recommend anyone interested in coworking spaces to at least try out Serendipity Labs. Their location is located right next to 7th and Metro Center making it very convenient for easy transportation.

After 20 years of operating a small legal practice, I made the change to Serendipity Labs co-working space. Preparing for the move I was nervous about leaving behind my old business model. Those concerns melted away immediately upon operating out of my new office space. Thanks to the amazing hospitality of the staff here, I can focus on my legal tasks. Gone are trying to remember to buy coffee/water for the office. It's here, every morning for me and my clients. After a week of sitting in the chairs I brought with me, I asked for a desk chair with more cushion. The staff brought me a chair within 2 minutes. Using her degree in design, the manager here hung art work in my office space for me while I was on vacation! No longer am I spending energy on remembering to empty the trash, interrupt my work to sign for a package, or stock the fridge with water. My productivity has improved more than I would have imagined. My only regret is not moving in earlier!

I’ve had an excellent experience with Serendipity Labs in Costa Mesa. From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming and took the time to walk us through every detail of the space. The venue itself is modern, comfortable, and in a highly convenient location.

I spoke at Serendipity Labs yesterday and was blown away. The space and views and absolutely beautiful. Best views of downtown Rochester I have ever seen.

I did a talk there yesterday in a small group setting and the space was perfect. It lent itself to not only me talking, but incredible engagement and discussions with the attendees.

And my experience there, well let's just say Courtney Valentino is the Queen of Customer Service. Everything was first class and I encourage you to stop by and get a tour!

I had an excellent experience at Serendipity Labs in Nashville! The coworking area was not only very clean, but also had a fun atmosphere that made working enjoyable. I rented a private office space that was perfectly located near great shops and food options, plus the staff was always friendly and quick to assist whenever I needed help!

My company chose to move into Serendipity Labs during our office's remodel. It has been such a lovely workspace, extremely tidy, snacks and drinks are always stocked, the views are incredible and the work space is comfortable.

The location is incredible, being essentially in the Noguchi Garden, proximity to freeways, hotels, and the OCMA, you just cant beat it. The staff is helpful, fast, and always a friendly face to chat with. We love working here!

LOVE working in this space! The staff really takes care of the community. I used to work out of a coworking space in Irvine a few years ago, and the comparison is night and day. Since I've started working out of Serendipity Labs (about 2 months ago), they've hosted fun events like Waffle Wednesdays and a Valentines/community appreciation snack table. They also host larger events in partnership with the local organizations, and community members have access to attend (definitely a nice perk)! I like how involved the staff is, and it's nice to see a few familiar faces everyday.

The first time I came to Serendipity Labs I had no idea where I was going. Someone going up the elevator was kind enough to direct me to the 14th floor. Even the people who work in the same building are very friendly and like to chat! Overall, the environment is very warm and welcoming.

Internet is fast and there's lots of space if you need to take meetings or change up the scenery. All the necessities you need at an office are there... and more! The tables in the office rooms can be adjusted to be standing or sitting. The kitchen has space where you can refrigerate your food, a toaster, microwave, fruit infused water, Moon Goat coffee, and plates/cutlery/cups. The gym access at Kinetic Fitness across the street has been really nice too! You even have access to the downstairs electronic waste bin. They literally covered all the bases!

Honestly it's been great getting out of the home office and working from a coworking space, and Serendipity Labs takes a typical coworking space to the next level.

I have been a coworker at this location since I opened my business in 2023. There are few businesses in Buffalo that get better over time. So many of them cheapen their experiences to cut costs. Serendipity Labs is not like that. They have only improved over time. In fact, I mentor people thinking about starting a business and the first thing I tell any of them is, before you file that LLC, rent a space at Serendipity Labs and get a PO Box there. I used the co-working space for a monthly catch up with my teammate. It was a beautiful space with all the amenities needed: comfortable workspaces, good wifi, free coffee, space for private calls and clean restrooms. It is also perfectly located just of the M5 junction which was also helpful.

It also conveniently had a sandwich shop and a Morrisons within the building for lunch options.

We will definitely be back and are looking at working there more often.

Serendipity has become the perfect workspace for us!! Everyone is super kind, plenty of spaces to work, food snacks and drinks available in house but also conveniently right next door to moongoat coffee. There’s call rooms as needed and plenty of spaces outside of coworking to rent as well. The view is amazing as it’s on the top2 floors of the building and has a stunning view. Hard to beat!! Super affordable and loving the break from working from home! 10/10 recommend.

There was plenty of space in the lobby area to sit, mingle, and socialize outside of the main conference room, and they also had a nice outside area as well.

Serendipity Labs is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I really appreciate the thoughtful daily refreshments—fresh water and a variety of fruit that changes every day. The coffee selection is great too (they have multiple options, and I personally love that decaf is available).

Both floors have beautiful, open views through large windows—you can see the sky, and even though the airport is nearby, it’s surprisingly quiet. There are also cozy seating areas with side panels that feel more private, which makes it easy to relax and reset during the day.

As a member, printing is free, which is a huge plus. I also love the variety of chairs (high chairs, low chairs, lounge-style chairs, desk chairs, and sofas). When my back feels uncomfortable, I can switch chairs and stay productive. The desks are also very flexible: height-adjustable desks, fixed desks, and different heights depending on what you need.

They occasionally host art workshops and provide food, and the quality is always delicious and well prepared. The gym amenities are another highlight—showers and towels are provided, which makes it very convenient.

The staff are consistently kind, professional, and great at communication. Lastly, I especially like the dedicated desk layout: the desk is blocked in front for focus and the layout feels front-to-back rather than side-to-side, which I find much more comfortable.

Even small details are well designed—like the meeting room whiteboard, which is clear and erases cleanly in one wipe. Overall, Serendipity Labs is a wonderful workspace, and I highly recommend it.

We recently hosted our annual sales and credit conference at Serendipity Labs Costa Mesa and I must say the facility, location, and the people were amazing. The attention to detail shown by Lindsay and her staff exceeded my expectations. The facility itself was spacious enough to host a large group but had the intimate feeling of a smaller space. The acoustics, the AV setup along with the separate space for dining along with the outdoor space provided was more than accommodating. Anything we requested, Lindsay was on top of it. If you are even thinking of booking this, don't hesitate. We will definitely be back.

As the owner of SkyFox Media Co., having my office at Serendipity Labs has been a huge asset for my photo and video work.

From a creative standpoint, the space is incredibly camera-friendly: lots of natural light, clean modern design, and a variety of backgrounds—from lounges to glass offices to open work areas. It’s easy to capture professional 1080 video and stills here without dragging in a ton of extra gear. The location is also a big plus: quick access from the highway and covered parking so clients and gear come in dry and comfortable, no matter the weather.

As a coworking office, it’s also a great place to host people. The range of meeting rooms—from small huddle rooms to larger conference spaces—makes it easy to match the room to the client. The conference rooms and TVs are perfect for displaying photo galleries, virtual tours, and presentation decks; it feels more like a polished studio/client environment than a generic office.

The staff and fellow coworkers are friendly and welcoming. Having a private office for the last month has provided an opportunity to establish new connections and do focused work. So far, my time at Serenity labs Costa Mesa has been an elevated coworking experience.

We hosted a seamless event today with the outstanding assistance of Chloe and her team at Serendipity Labs. The staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring that food, refreshments, and setup were managed smoothly throughout the event. Everything was well-organized, and communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. The team’s professionalism truly stood out, and I highly recommend their services for any event or meeting needs.

Two months in and I absolutely love working here! The staff is wonderful, coffee is delicious, and there’s tons of coworking space. The view is spectacular and everyone is friendly, there are frequent community events too which are super fun. The cost is extremely reasonable too, one of the lowest in the area. Overall, sooo much better than roaming random coffee shops to work, which I was doing previously. If you work remote or from home, do yourself a favor and sign up ASAP— you won’t regret it!

And just across the street from Union Station and tons of great food choices.

Serendipity Labs is a beautiful space and the customer service is excellent. Justin, Lindsey, and Harrison go above and beyond to answer questions, ensure you are comfortable, and take care of the space. They are all also very patient! I ask a lot of questions at times, a lot actually when I first utilize a business, and they have been nothing but gracious. I think the pricing is fair for what you get, which is a lot.
I looked at a few co-working/office spaces in the area. They were all nice as were the managers, but I left saying "I'll think about it." That was not the case with Serendipity Labs. I signed up for a dedicated desk on the spot. I would have got an office, but none were available in the size I need. I also appreciate there were no hard sales tactics. I chose to sign up on the spot, I was not hounded to do so.
I anticipate staying as long as I need a workspace. I appreciate that I have first dibs on an office in the size I need when it becomes available.
Things that really stood out to be compared to other spaces I toured: cleanliness - the space is very clean; decor/furnishings - modern, new, ergonomic; customer service - see 1st paragraph; price - fair and transparent pricing.
I am a picky B, I own it and admit it, and thus far, I am very happy with Serendipity labs.

My company had a more laborious moving experience than expected leaving our former office space (our movers cancelled last minute and we became the movers). Once we made it to 915 Wilshire, both Adam and Karie helped in so many little ways that relieved a lot of our prior frustrations. Our access cards and fobs were ready for us at the front and we were given a detailed rundown of the space and its offerings. Wifi and other relevant details were emailed before day 1, so the workday was as minimally interrupted as possible. Also, once we got settled, the team acted quick to fix a minor complaint about the door being difficult to open/close that same day. In short, this was a stress-free process made possible by the team here and Serendipity and we really appreciate all the support~

The environment at Serendipity Labs is so modern and chic, I actually look forward to coming into the office. The kitchen area is so convenient and I love that there is always fruit infused water available to refresh, not to mention the kombucha in the lounge area. Our company hosted a roundtable discussion in the lounge area recently, and it was so fun to show the space to our clients. The office manager is so accessible and attentive, he made it really easy to host our clients in the space. I trust his recommendations as the caterer he found for us was on point with food & beverage not to mention presentation. Thank you Adam!

I experienced excellent customer service from both Danielle and Steven during my company's offsite last week. They were incredibly hospitable, highly communicative throughout the lead up to the event as well as during the 3 days we utilized their conference space, and helpful in problem solving. They were there early each day to help me get in and set up, and they assisted in many ways.

From a value perspective- it was a good space that met our needs and the design of the common space was very modern, beautiful, and welcoming. The provided amenities were very nice and we were happy with the value we got from our 3 days of usage.

Wow, wow, wow!!! We hosted an all-day meeting 2 days ago on the 14th and 15th floors at Serendipity Costa Mesa and it was nothing short of amazing! The attendees were raving about it and still are.

The incredible hospitality and customer service provided by Justin Ferland, the general manager, went far beyond anything I could have hoped to expect. Every need was taken care of by him and his staff. Examples: When we needed a lighter, one was magically produced after they ran across the street to borrow one from a nearby restaurant! When we needed extension cords and power strips, they were provided without delay. When we asked for infused waters (provided at no charge), Justin himself was there at 7am slicing fruit and chopping fresh basil & mint he had bought just for the occasion... Who does that????

The panoramic view of Orange County from the 14th and 15th floors was incredible, as were the meeting rooms, conference rooms, conversation areas, furniture, kitchen & dining area, MoonGoat coffee, infused waters -- I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

I think some of our attendees are going to turn their companies on to Serendipity's facility and amenities, as well.

Can't wait to do our next event at Serendipity's big conference center across the street! WoooHooooo!!

Excellent shared office space with a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, with plenty of useful amenities for day-to-day work. The staff is consistently helpful and attentive, which makes a big difference. I especially appreciate the phone booths—they’re comfortable and perfect for private calls or focus time. The only drawback is that the temperature can run quite cold at times, but overall it’s a fantastic space that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable shared office environment. And they validate your parking pass so you get free parking which is a bonus.

I have had an office at Serendipity labs since the beginning of June and I absolutely love it. The office space is great - as are the views from near the top of Innovation Square (the old Xerox tower). Marla, Courtney and the rest of the building staff are gracious hosts and make the office feel like home. There are even regular events where you can meet other co-workers. If you're looking for a welcome change of pace from WFH like I was, I highly recommend Serendipity Labs.

We have been in this space for about a year and we are not going anywhere anytime soon. The offices and common spaces are well maintained, there are a lot of windows that allow for great light and the staff could not be nicer and more accommodating. Conference rooms of various sizes are available that are outfitted with video conference capability. Overall, we are very happy to be at Serendipity Labs.

The location is perfect for the M4/M5 so easily accessible as well. What really makes Serendipity special is the team. Shannon, Lola and Tanya are always welcoming, helpful and go over and above. What can I say the office environment is second to none blending a peaceful and collaborative work space with absolutely amazing facilities available to use. The meeting rooms are absolutely amazing providing ample space for large and small meetings with the highest of spec technology available in all rooms to meet any type of meeting needs. The best part of the office space however, has to be Lola, Shannon and Tanya who are absolutely out of this world with what they do. They are all incredibly kind and friendly and extremely approachable. No task is too big or too small for them and they are always on hand to assist in what ever way they can. Their friendly and welcoming demeanors upon arrival is enough to brighten anyone's day and set you up for a good day of work. Couldn't recommend the office space anymore. Fantastic

I used Serendipity Labs as my base for a week in a co-working space. The space was bright and airy with comfortable desks for laptop working. The coffee (free) was excellent and from a local roaster. I have utilized dozens of Day Office bookings at Serendipity Labs Mount Pleasant over the last several months. The booking experience is super easy and streamlined and the facilities are top notch. Fast internet, clean and comfortable offices with high quality furniture, snacks and coffee available, and a kind and attentive front desk staff.

Easily one of the best co-working spaces I’ve been to and I’ve worked from many over the years. Plus, you can’t beat the view! Highly recommend.

I’ve been using this shared office for a while now and I really like it. It’s quiet, super clean (especially the bathrooms!), and just a great place to get work done. There are meeting rooms available whenever you need them, and I love that they host a themed networking event every month. It’s a fun way to meet people. David and Emily are incredibly responsive and just seem to know exactly what you need before you need it. The room was perfect. AV hooked up without a glitch and the food was right on time. I was able to be totally focused on my event because they took care of everything.

Beautiful well lit space, fantastic staff, and nice location. I’ve enjoyed meeting with our group, The Dames, here for all of these reasons and more. There are coworking spaces for both group and private seating. The amenities are very well laid out. We were incredibly impressed with Serendipity Labs. We needed a quiet space away from our location to do a deep dive. This place was perfect! We expected a clean, professional environment and we got that, but we also got so much more. The manager Nan was a true delightful. She is warm, helpful, and so easy to work with.

The space itself is quiet and focused, but also full of friendly, like-minded professionals. We met some genuinely lovely people just by being open and social, which was an unexpected bonus.

Most recently, our team had a quarterly retreat at Serendipity Labs. It was our first time, and the service and amenities blew us away. Lauren and her team were so easy to work with. I loved that they had great natural lighting and the staff enjoyed the lux water and espresso :) We were so impressed that we will be re-booking our retreats with them moving forward. I really enjoy using this space when I travel to Nashville. The staff is friendly and the decor is stylish and welcoming. The offices are comfortable and bright. My team and I have a private office at the Westport location and could not say enough about it! We have only been here for going on 4 months, but these have been the smoothest months of work for me and my team. We have monthly gatherings with about 10 of us. The onsite team has been so accommodating in booking us an amazing meeting space and it has been perfect for our conference calls since the tech is SO easy for us to manage. Plus...there's free coffee?!

This is a very clean and modern space, with an amazing level of hospitality offered. I utilized their meeting rooms and had a great experience. The WiFi is fast and the presentation set up was exactly what we needed. There are plenty of amenities provided as well as an incredibly helpful staff that allowed everything to run smoothly.

35 minutes on the train from ATL. Highly recommend for a short business trip or a day of work if a professional space is needed that is clean, spacious, and amazingly located with nice views and food places around for a quick day catch up. Only $25/day is definitely a stellar price for a day booking.

I've been working here a few days a week for a couple years now. It's a very good working environment with a great and friendly staff. The location is a 2-minute walk from downtown Rye and the many shops, stores and restaurants there. Also only a quarter mile from the train station.

Such a great experience working with the team at Serendipity. As someone who is not local and coordinated our event from a distance, their responsiveness and communication made me feel at ease and in good hands. We will be booking with them again!

The space is modern, comfortable, and spacious. Samantha and the team are very helpful and friendly. Bonus, the fridge is well stocked with a variety of beverages.

Outstanding venue with excellent staff working together creating a great atmosphere for business transactions and networking to be done! Serendipity Labs in Plano was the venue we chose to host the Q1 2025 Impact Circle meeting in Frisco/Plano area. The organizers and the guests were equally impressed by the facility and by Breanna and the team who had shown great professionalism and hospitality! We look forward to hosting more events in collaboration with them going forward!

Easily one of the best atmospheres is Kansas City metro. We host events for a living and Lauren is amazing to work with.

Right in the heart of Maryland Farms, the office space is comfortable, the amenities are great (ask about the fitness center!) and parking is free and plenty. Steven and the team take care of everything and make sharable office space that is beautiful and affordable. What a great addition to Brentwood, TN.

I attended a networking event here and was really impressed. Big, bright and modern open space with different working and meeting options. We also had use of a seminar room for a panel session. The venue was very well equipped with parking next door and easy access from the A14. Highly recommend

Our team had offices here for about a year and it was great. Sara and Elena were incredible! Anything we needed they made sure we had right away and were always available for questions or just a quick chat in the kitchen. I will definitely miss seeing them on work days. They made it all so easy and fun!

This is a fantastic, modern workspace. What makes it standout is the level of service from Steve and Lauren. Lauren makes you feel as though you have an additional staff member on your team. I highly recommend this coworking space for companies in the area.

I visited Serendipity labs in Plano and it was a great experience! The team is very friendly and professional and the facility is incredibly clean and has a beautiful and spacious design that makes working from there very comfortable. If your looking for a professional environment and atmosphere that has energy but allows for deep work and conference calls then I highly recommend Serendipity Labs. BTW - their covered parking lot is a huge plus!

The location is easy to find. The entering process is very simple and easy. The elevators are awesome!! The space itself was very comfortable and very professional. The view of the city is extravagant. The workers are all friendly. It was an all around wonderful experience. will absolutely utilize the space again.

Serendipity has been a great home for my office so far. The space itself is beautiful! I love the amenities at the office - free coffee, fruits and market price snacks. The managers are incredibly helpful and very accommodating.
