Serendipity Labs DTLA is hands down one of the best co-working spaces I’ve experienced! From the moment you walk in, the environment feels elevated – bright, modern, and thoughtfully designed with comfort and productivity in mind. There is plenty of natural light, inviting workspaces, and every amenity you’d expect: fast Wi-Fi, great coffee, and the best onsite team. As a legal professional, I especially value how quiet and professional the atmosphere is. It’s perfect for focused work, client consultations, and confidential meetings. The private meeting rooms are a huge plus – designed for privacy and built with soundproofing, which is rare in co-working spaces. Above all, the staff here, Karie, Adam, and new staff member Ethan, truly make the experience exceptional. They’re warm, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. That human touch creates a sense of community you don’t always find in professional environments. The location is unbeatable- centrally located in Downtown LA, surrounded by great restaurants and easily accessible by public transit or car. The outdoor terrace with its skyline views is a refreshing bonus. All in all, Serendipity Labs DTLA has completely elevated our workday experience. It’s the rare kind of space that makes you more productive, more inspired, and genuinely happier to come into work each day. Also love my office view =)

I recently had the pleasure of using Serendipity Labs location for our annual Product Summit and I must say, it was a great experience. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access. The room was equipped with all the necessary equipment we required, making it easy for us to conduct our summit without any hassle. What really set this conference room location apart, however, was the staff, Andrew, and Ken. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to make our summit a success. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provide assistance when required. Overall, our summit was a great success, and I would definitely recommend this conference room location to anyone looking for a great venue with excellent service. Thank you, Andrew and Ken, for making our experience a memorable one!

Great shared office space! Offices and common areas are consistently clean and well-maintained. The amenities here are top-notch -- from a great selection of snacks/coffee (even cold brew on tap) to ping pong, billiards, and shuffleboard, there’s always something to enjoy during the workday. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Shoutout to Adam, who always goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and is quick to help with any requests. If you’re looking for a professional, vibrant, and well-equipped workspace, I highly recommend Serendipity Labs!

Absolutely loved the amenities and multiple co-working spots within the building that this location has to offer! The perks like kombucha and cold brew on-tap, infused water, and free coffee is unmatched for the price. The area itself is steps away from a bunch of restaurants and food halls. Highly recommend if you are looking for an elevated feeling of a co-working space!

Adam and Karie are fantastic and so very helpful with every ask we send them. And by we, I mean me and our staff of 40+. The office that we lease at Serendipity Labs is absolutely beautiful, to boot. All of our visitors are impressed and want to work in our space. We have a great, floor to ceiling view of L.A. on one side of the office, adjustable desks for standing or sitting, and access to beautiful outdoor space and 3 fully equipped kitchens. This is the perfect place to work and collaborate.
