Serendipity Labs Seneca One is a great location with some of the best views and plenty to do within walking distance. The lab offers a modern atmosphere with friendly staff and everything a small operation needs. The team here has been fantastic in providing office support and creating community events. All of this comes at a very reasonable price point too! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a small, local, office or even just to spend some time individually in a professional atmosphere.

After working from home 100% of the time for 9 years I was hesitant about going back to an office. I wasn’t sure I would use the space or that it would be worth the expense. But after using the coworking space a few days a week for the past several months I can say, it’s been a game changer! I am more productive and efficient, business is up, and on a personal note, I have re-established healthy working boundaries that have helped bring life “back into balance”. Add to the mix, the amazing views of the city and awesome people I’ve met along the way and I couldn’t be more happy that I made this choice. I look forward to working from the lab for a long time to come!

As a start-up non-profit, Serendipity provides us the flexibility to grow at our own pace, focus more time on our mission, and make new connections on a daily basis. Since I started at Serendipity Labs, I can pinpoint a “leveling-up” of my business. Not only have I met some great friends but simply being surrounded by people that are also working lights a fire within!
