As a member of Serendipity Labs, you will always be welcome to visit and recognized as a member across our network of flexible workspaces. Private Offices, Team Suites, TeamHub Hybrid Office and Dedicated Desk members may access our other location's coworking spaces. Our Enterprise Grade WiFi and Printing solutions will provide a seamless experience from location to location.
Unlike traditional offce rentals, all our Private Offices and Suites include a full-sized desk and ergonomic task chair, eliminating the need to bring in your own furniture. Branding is also available for all office members. You are invited to personalize your office space with things like artwork, photos, plants or throw rugs.
Our Private Day Offices are just that – private. Offices are bookable for one person and larger offices can be available for larger groups (charged per person). Note you may be placed in a larger space than required based on availability – but we will not add additional users to your office for the day.
Yes! Most locations offer Private Day Offices which range from a 1 person capacity, to multiple people for one day. If you think you might want to access a Private Day Office more than once a week, we recommend our Worktopia Plans which offer further discounts on our drop-in products.
Our TeamHub Hybrid Office Space plans allow for teams to work in a 2:1, 3:1 or 4:1 shared seating arrangement, creating a flexible hybrid work model that makes reduces monthly fees over traditional office space leases, and maximizes your team's opportunity to collaborate in a professional environment. Our local teams will be able to work with you on expansion or upgrades as available. Coworking memberships are month to month and can be changed at any time. Private office, Team Suite & our Hybrid Office TeamHub memberships are subject to terms and conditions set forth on the signed agreement.
Yes! All Private Office, Team Room, Dedicated Desk and Team Suite, members receive access to our upscale office space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. TeamHub Hybrid Office members can utilize their dedicated space per their individual agreement. 24/7/365 access can also be available for our Coworking Unlimited Memberships.
