We booked Serendipity Labs for a workshop that was run over 3 days for over 25 colleagues. The logistics were handled expertly by Gen and the team - nothing was too much trouble, we were well catered for with drinks, snacks and meals and they welcomed us warmly. I’ve rented office space at three Financial District (FIDI) locations over the past four years and Serendipity Labs is by far the most superior by every measure. The space is open, very attractive and well lit. The offices and common areas are furnished in a clean contemporary style and they are very well maintained. Yet the best part is that the space is overseen by an efficient, helpful and super friendly hospitality staff that makes you feel welcome each and every day.
