I've been at Serindipity Labs for 4 months now. The team here is more than friendly. Marla and Gabby go above and beyond for you. The atmosphere is warm and friendly (both staff and other people in the buildings offices) The building is clean and modern. Great place to come to work everyday!

This is a great co-op, and here's why: - super friendly & helpful staff - comfortable, clean, & distraction free workspace - amenities: water, coffee, dishes, fridge, microwave (with oven feature) - snacks & drinks for a minor cost My wife and I did parking in the garage across the street, but there is a garage under this bldg as well and there is street parking. I highly recommend coming here if you need space to work.

Marla and team greeted me in person when I arrived, which is always nice in a new space! They were very friendly & helpful, giving me a tour of the clean and spacious office, which includes freebies like coffee and tea, along with snacks for purchase. The office provides a 360 view of Rochester from the 24th floor and is also located in the heart of downtown near local coffee shops and restaurants if you want to step outside for lunch. When I needed to take a call, there were designated rooms from which to do so. I'd highly recommend this spot!
