What a fantastic place to work! I was in Rochester and spent the day at Seredipity before my afternoon appointments. I was provided with a private office with a new view of downtown Rochester. The entire space is clean and modern while inviting with plenty area to stretch your legs. There is access to a few different work spaces as well as conference rooms. I will definitely be back. Thanks for your hospitality Marla!

This is a great co-op, and here's why: - super friendly & helpful staff - comfortable, clean, & distraction free workspace - amenities: water, coffee, dishes, fridge, microwave (with oven feature) - snacks & drinks for a minor cost My wife and I did parking in the garage across the street, but there is a garage under this bldg as well and there is street parking. I highly recommend coming here if you need space to work.

I've been at Serindipity Labs for 4 months now. The team here is more than friendly. Marla and Gabby go above and beyond for you. The atmosphere is warm and friendly (both staff and other people in the buildings offices) The building is clean and modern. Great place to come to work everyday!
