Safety Protocols
We’re committed to providing a safe environment for our members and employees. All Serendipity Labs locations will follow state and local guidance during any health emergencies.
- All members will be required to check in at reception when arriving using your contactless membership access card or through the Serendipity Labs membership portal.
- If any of the rooms are to be used (reserved), space is to be cleaned in advance and cleaned when unoccupied
- Any reserveable space is to be kept locked and only to be opened if reserved
- Each Lab has workspaces available for reservation through our member portal. Need to download the app? Visit the iOS or Android app stores to download the latest version.
- Members are encouraged to follow any and all physical distancing guidelines locally or federally ordered while on premises, including following handwashing and other cleaning protocols.
- We remind members to use their contactless member ID card to release their print jobs from the printer
- Any scheduled non-mail deliveries such as food, documents via messenger, etc., please ask the delivery person to wait at reception and the member shall be informed about the delivery

- Our design standards allow for more space per person than our competition
- Full-size desks, (48 inch or larger), occupy offices and team rooms with well-spaced seating arrangements
- Each office is built with solid wall partitions from floor to deck, and return air is not ducted from office to office
- Our focus rooms and wellness rooms are built with full ventilation, low VOC materials and fire alarm protection
- Contactless check-in and printing
- Common areas with amply-spaced seating arrangements, wide hallways, and low-capacity limits for each meeting room and worklounge are always standard
- We’ve designed our Lab for an average utilization of 70% — our utilization rates are often less than 50%, based on internal studies
- Daily cleaning continues in accordance with updated CDC guidelines, including offices and shared spaces
