Until COVID-19 hit us hard six months ago, many of us thought wellness was mainly the physical aspect of health. Now more than ever, have mental wellness and the power of mindset become vital to keep us resilient, motivated, and hopeful, and physically healthy during this time of uncertainty.

Join us as ICF certified executive leadership and mindset coach, Aska Naito dissects the connection between our mind and body by creating awareness around the mindset of stress and fear. We will learn the concept of psychological safety to help embrace ourselves through the discomforts, practice non-judgment, and ultimately gain a healthier harmony inside our mind and body.

With experiences in the private sectors from entertainment, healthcare to aviation, Aska brings her 20+ years of teaching and training, focusing on mindset shifts through neuroscience and behavioral psychology, energetic presence, and relationship dynamics. As a previous professional Salsa dancer and instructor, she believes in the unity of the mind-body connection. She integrates holistic wellness through mindfulness, nutrition, and ‘easy-to-do’ daily micro-habits in her coaching practice.

Currently, Aska sits on the Board of Governors of the Japan America Society of Southern California, co-chairing its Women’s Leadership Counts Committee. She is also California and Japan’s Ambassador for Female Wave of Change, a European non-profit organization, and an active member of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, supporting their Health & Wellness and Young Professionals Network Committee.
