Serendipity Labs Coworking Expands in Nashville Suburbs, Signs New Brentwood Location

Creekside Office Park location compliments its Downtown Nashville presence.

(RYE, NY, May 24, 2023) – New York based Serendipity Labs, the leading international flexible office provider, today announced that it will open a 33,000 square foot location in Brentwood, Tennessee at Creekside Office Park, adding to its Nashville presence. The four-building campus located in the mixed-use community of Maryland Farms is owned by The Brookdale Group, an Atlanta-based real estate investor.

This addition to the Serendipity Labs international network will feature dedicated private offices and team suites that can accommodate requirements from 1 to 100 people, along with meeting rooms and a work lounge. Members will also have on-demand access to the entire Serendipity Labs network that includes locations in over 35 urban, suburban, and secondary markets across the U.S. and U.K.
