Prime 39,000 square foot Costa Mesa Location in the South Coast Arts District.

(STAMFORD, CT, May 12, 2025) Serendipity Labs, the leading international outsourced workplace provider, today announced that it will open a 39,000 square foot location on the 14th and 15th floors of the 3200 Park Center Drive building in the amenity-rich Pacific Arts Plaza in Costa Mesa, California.

The Costa Mesa location marks Serendipity Labs’ entry into Orange County, giving businesses a new, upscale, highly hosted alternative to conventional office leasing. In addition to offering private offices and team suite options for 1-100 employees, it will also offer drop-in coworking club memberships and meeting room access on demand. Members will also have work lounge and meeting room access to the entire Serendipity Labs network including 915 Wilshire in downtown Los Angeles and other markets across the U.S. and U.K. The company is actively pursuing additional locations to create a network in Orange County.

“We are excited to open our first workplace in the Orange County market at Pacific Arts Plaza, which will offer our customers best-in-class amenities in a prime location,” said Melissa Cates, president of Serendipity Labs. “Our welcoming, hospitality-driven workspace is designed to support today’s workforce — whether members are here full time, part time, or simply need a place to focus, connect, or collaborate.”

Members will benefit from the coworking industry’s best customer satisfaction, reviews and NPS scores while ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. “We make sure the experience is second to none, with support from our team of local hospitality professionals, regional and corporate support teams,” added Cates.

Serendipity Labs at Pacific Arts Plaza will feature its signature design, and elevated brand standards — including fresh-cut flowers, secure technology, and enhancements for visual and auditory privacy. Cates added, “We are designing and operating this facility to deliver on our promise to support employers and employees alike – offering a workspace that addresses their need for flexibility, agility and service.”

Adjacent to South Coast Plaza and Segerstrom Center for the Arts, Pacific Arts Plaza features the 1.6-acre Noguchi Garden and is at the center of renowned dining including Mastro’s, Water Grill, Din Tai Fung and Vaca, resort-style apartment homes and upscale hotels. Its highly visible location along the 405 freeway also offers easy access to the 5 and 55 freeways, 73 Toll Road and John Wayne Airport.

Serendipity Labs Costa Mesa will open July 2025 with upscale interior design elements, furnishings, and a secure technology infrastructure that satisfies FINRA, HIPAA and the data privacy and security requirements of global multinational companies. Memberships are now available for purchase.
