Our coworking space is a distraction-free and spacious environment with high-speed internet that can accommodate you with whatever workstyle you prefer. In our shared office space, you have access to our coworking lounge, cafe, and quiet and wellness rooms for occasional privacy, phone and video calls.

Yes! As a member you are welcome to vist any Serendipity Labs network of locations. Our office space memberships include monthly coworking visits to other locations, and our unlimited coworking space members may add-on a All-Location access pass to their membership. All members may also purchase additional coworking day passes and use our meeting rooms at preferred member rates at any time by booking through our member portal.

Yes! Most locations offer Private Day Offices which range from a 1 person capacity, to multiple people for one day. If you think you might want to access a Private Day Office more than once a week, we recommend our Worktopia Plans which offer further discounts on our drop-in products.

Our coworking members are encouraged to use our meeting room options, which can be booked directly from the member app. Your guest may also purchase a one-day coworking day pass if they would like to cowork for the day.

Yes! Our location teams have curated partnerships with local businesses to bring our members value-added benfits ranging from restaurants and hotels, to fitness center memberships and more. The local team will provide you all these benefits as part of your Welcome Package!

Coworking plans are offered as month-to-month memberships which is a great alternative to office space rentals. Our Private Offices, Team Rooms & Team Suites are offered on 6 month to 24 month membership agreements. If you require a shorter office rental term, we encourage you to speak with the local team to determine availability. Note, premium charges will be assessed on short-term office membership agreements.
