  • Easily accessible from NYS I-190 and Buffalo Skyway (Rt 5)
  • Parking Option 1:  Street parking is available for $2 per hour, which you can pay for at the kiosks on the street with coins/credit card or with the Buffalo Roam App. 
  • Parking Option 2: The Seneca One Ramp can be accessed at 50 Exchange Street. There is a bridge connecting thramp to Seneca One on level 3. On the street level, walking from the garage you would turn right on Washington towards Sahlen Field and then left into the Seneca One courtyard which leads to the East Entrance.
  • Parking Option 3: An open lot at the corner of Seneca Street and Pearl Street, which can be accessed on Pearl Street. Payment must be made at the kiosk in the center of the lot. Directly across Pearl street from the lot is the Seneca One courtyard which leads to the West Entrance.  Rates: 
    • $5.50 Daily Rate 
    • $3.00 evenings after 3:00pm 
    • $55.00 monthly parking (approximately)
