Private offices range from about 120-150 SF for solo users up to 200-400 SF for teams, all with locking doors and frosted glass for privacy. The windowed offices sit along the north side of the building, and coworking areas are positioned in the center near the focus rooms and phone booths in the layout. In addition to private offices of various sizes and an open desk area, Serendipity Labs White Plains has multiple meeting room sizes. The smallest meeting room is for 7 people and the largest training room seats 100. Serendipity Labs White Plains is located right off E Post Rd, close to Whole Foods Market. For professional service firms, our building is located within walking distance of the Westchester Supreme Court and the White Plains Hospital. Public transportation from NYC is also quick; commuters from the city can get to our White Plains location via the 123/ACE, 7, and Harlem bus in around 1 hour.
