Cloud-based implementation
All OASIS components are either installed in or tied to cloud-based services which allows us to efficiently implement, monitor, and support the platform any time and from anywhere.
Distributed role-based admin
OASIS functionality is made available throughout Serendipity Labs enterprise based on a user’s role and access rules pertaining to the same. This also enables us to provide enhanced member experience as they traverse various Lab locations.
Security and access control
OASIS employs a centralized virtual repository for access control, authorization, reporting & auditing.
Dynamic, presence-based provisioning
User or member access to any location or services driven by profile, status and level which is dynamically enforced across the
network.
Focus on CX
Serendipity Labs’ CX policies are
incorporated in OASIS functional design and platform architecture. The approach is then extended to administration and support of the platform.
Visibility and control
The cloud-based implementation provides an effective platform for real-time visibility for business management at all levels of the
organization from member, to location, through to the enterprise.
