We were so excited to find such a wonderful coworking space in Clayton! We've been looking for a good one here for years and just discovered Serendipity. It has plenty of great flex desks, with comfortable office chairs and nice big desks - plenty of room for a computer with a monitor at every spot. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, fruit, and then extra snacks for purchase. Everything is clean and modern and the location is amazing - walking distance to multiple lunch spots. We will definitely be back!

The offices at Serendipity Labs are beautiful. I highly recommend anyone looking for an office space to look here. The offices are nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The amenities are incredible too. I can't say enough about the staff (TaMika and Nicole). They are ready to help with whatever is needed.

Hat's off to the team, at Serendipity Labs in Aztec West. Since I started working here in early 2025, I can honestly say that every day at the office is a pleasure. The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly and professional. This is largely down to Lola, Tanya and Shannon, who always have a smile, work tirelessly to ensure everything runs smoothly and provide the essential amenities required to get through the day. The light and spacious offices, coupled with the on-site deli and amiable staff, make Serendipity Labs a great place to spend your working day.
