The Truth About Virtual Meetings

We want to work closer to home, to have flex hours, and to have more than one acceptable workspace but is hyper-connectedness really helping employees be more productive?

Cornerstone OnDemand released the results of its State of the Workplace Report. When Americans were asked if they preferred to collaborate in person or online, respondents indicated they preferred face-time to virtual interaction by 72 percent.

It turns out that, despite the number of hours that can often be wasted with in-person meetings, there is nothing like the high from a productive brainstorming and problem-solving session with colleagues.
